2nd thru 4th: Lots of good pitching keeps it 2-0 AL
5th inning: Benson (Phillies) leads off with a triple and scores on a Yi. Diaz (Rangers) double. Taveras (Rangers) singles in his teammate to tie the game at 2. These runs came off Gausman (Royals).
6th inning: Alvarez (Astros) leads off with a single off Berrios (Tigers) and Riley (Twins) follows with a walk. Benson (Phillies) steps up and singles home the go ahead run.
8th inning: Santander (Rays) doubles and then with 2 outs Bogaerts (Royals) singles. Santander (Rays) races for the plate but is thrown out by a great throw from Soto (Nationals).
9th inning: Alzolay (DBacks) come in the close. Tatis (Padres) greets him with a single and steals second to put the tying run in scoring position with no outs. Mouncastle (Orioles) strikes out, Ramirez (Angels) flies to CF, and up steps Bichette (Blue Jays). Ground ball to SS and the NL holds on.
