Rumor Mill

The Tampa Bay Rays picked up a centerfielder to fill a huge hole. We still have some needs.
We have a closer to move
Robert Suarez (SD) is available. Unfortunately, he doesn't have a T, but he does have BLF. He has 86 numbers vs LH with 26 deep and 131 numbers vs RH and 11 deep. He has a 4 hold with -3 on the steal which is huge now with all these stolen bases (especially in the playoffs)
All Draft picks are available. The #3 overall pick is available for dropping down or for a good player. The other picks are also available. We have 104, 122, 125, and 134
Other players not mentioned could be available if it makes sense
Needs: catcher and 1st base, but will listen to any positions or picks.
The Reds have made a few trades so updated rumor mill is here
We have Starting Pitching available
Joey Gallo 1st Base: He has 294 NBC PAs vs RH and 164 numbers with 5 power. Plays AV/20 defense. He is a good PT guy for a team that need some PAs. In camp with the White Sox in MLB. Looking for a draft pick.
Needs
draft picks
Corner Outfield: looking for a good bat vs RH
Starting Pitcher
The Giants are in definite need of a Centerfielder. We could use a backup Catcher and would also look to add a few arms in the bullpen.
For trade bait, we have Josh Smith (Tex-FT). 258, 13 HR.
I'm looking to fill my CF needs and gather rookie picks to add some young talent to the organization.
Feel free to look at my roster and let me know if there are others that might catch your eye.
The Royals basically have all positions covered for this season but are looking for an upgrade at 1st base and are always looking for outfield help.
While we don’t have a ton of depth, we would move some of our older position players in package deals and are open to discussions. We do have extra PA’s in the middle infield and Nicky Lopez is available.
Lopez has 445 PAs, and has 171 safeties versus RHP and 132 safeties vs. LHP.  He can start at 2B or SS (had 83 games at 2B and 45 games at SS). He is AV 17 at 2B and AV 20 at SS.  Speed 6, Steal 2, Jump 2, Normal clutch rating.
The Rockies have a pretty thin squad heading into the offseason.  Needs are: 1) Starting Catcher, 2) 2nd base, 3) corner outfield help, 4) draft picks.
We don’t have any real surplus but are willing to listen to offers on current roster players. Colorado does have 5 Fulltime starters and perhaps would consider moving one.
Rangers have extra picks ( 1 1st, 2 2nds ) this year and goof young bullpen to trade
What we are looking for: Upgrade at 1st base, upgrade at 2nd Base, upgrade to starting staff.
We aren't looking to add any players over 32 years old so please keep that in mind. We don't need anything we can't get out of free agency or the draft but are interested in possibly making a deal or 2.
We protected Wyatt Langford so we are full in the outfield.
We have pretty good hitting, plenty of power again, lights out relief, and OK starting pitching, but the defense borders on horrendous. Worse than that we will have up to 7 "C" types in the starting lineup - better brush up on the "C" rules as it will be a thing this year.
Anyways, the Crew looking for a better option at SS, at least one starting pitcher, and better left handed hitting. Age is not a concern, one year wonders welcome.
All our picks are on the table and could move one of my catchers if the return is good enough (this wouldn't be my first option). Can move Duvall who hits well against lefties with about 320 MLB PA's or Jake Cave who has 340 MLB PA's (gone to Korea so this would be a one year wonder swap). Both are useful to me this year so I'm not cutting them
Other than that probably not much anyone would be interested in trading for.
After a disappointing quick exit from the playoffs, the Nationals are open to trading most everyone right now.
I'll start with the Nats needs:
FT Starting Pitcher
Catcher with  100+ PA's
Bullpen help
Pick(s)
The following are available:
Ryan O'Hearn - FT to play OF or 1B. He is limited to having only having 44 PA;s vs Left but foes have 494 PA's in total. Better defense in the OF. Does have a "T"!
Paul Goldschmidt- FT 1B. The way the roster is now, there is no spot to play him except vs lefties.
Bryce Harper- FT 1B- What's there to say about him that you don't already know.
Mickey Moniak - FT at any OF position. Limited to 44+ PA's vs lefties. Excellent CF defense.
Victor Robles - Has  275+ PA's. Can start any OF position. Mariners recently signed him to an extension due to his improved production since he left Washington. Might keep him as next year he will be FT. Should still be FT in CF next year if anything to give JRod some rest in CF.
Everyone else on the roster could be had, just depends on the trade offer.
After divesting the starting pitching to address 1B, CF, and a bullpen arm in a trade with St. Louis, here is the updated Astros trade flyer:
What the Astros need:
SS vs LH.
#5 starting pitcher
Backup infielder
Backup catcher
Bullpen arms
What the Astros have:
2025 #30, #47, #60, #107 and Hou #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, 2026 picks.
What the Orioles need: Where do I start?
Starting pitching, CF (mostly vs RH) or corner OF, SS vs LH, Bullpen Arms
What the Orioles have to trade: Team lost 106 games, not much here.
Picks: 2025 Oak #1, Bal #1, #3, #4 plus all 2026 picks
C: Alex Trevino (FT vs LH)
Take a look and let me know if you can help me with any of the Orioles needs.
The Mariners needs are as follows:
1.) Draft Picks
2.) #4 starter upgrade
3.) OF upgrade - have enough to play season, but as said before, injuries and down years have taken their toll on this upcoming season.
4.) Relief Pitchers, though this will be handled in the draft and waiver draft if picks are not acquired
5.) Catcher, to allow Sal Perez to play some 1B.
6.) MORE DRAFT PICKS
What the M's have to offer:
Craig Kimbrel, Mariners 2011 2nd round draft pick and longest tenured player could be had. Still has a "T & F". Most of the safeties on his card are walks & HBP. Still has 290 K's against LHB's & 199 against RHB's. Middle round pick this year should do it.
Luken Baker, 27 year old 1B who crushes LHP's, and should at least see more time for the Cardinals. It will depend on what they do with Goldschmidt. I would take a middle/late round pick this year or next for him.
I have picks 90, 120 & 150 and all of the 2026 picks if someone wants to get creative.
Others could be had or packaged depending on the return. PLEASE email with any offers or ideas.
Detroit has some hitters that could be traded:
Xavier Edwards 24 year old SS - 303 PA, 224/224 safeties
Ivan Herrera 24 year old C - 259 PA, 172/202 safeties
Kyle Schwarber could be traded - FT OF, 240/166 safeties, 5 power
We need pitching (and a lot of it). Currently only have 1 good starter and 1 bad one.
Tanner Scott could be available (closer, 104/141 safeties)
Second pick in draft could be available in the right deal.
Really trying to determine if we can put enough pitching together to be competitive. If not, then will be less interested in trading draft pick/young players.
AVAILABLE TO MOVE FOR CHEAP.
C Sam Huff, waiting to see if picked up from waivers by Tampa or not. If not claimed, he is available for pick swap. He was out of options.

The Blue Jays have excess talent that could be moved. Davis Schneider is a full-time 2nd baseman/left fielder (454 PA's). Marcus Stroman is a full time starting pitcher with a 4.31 era. Both could be moved without replacements at those positions. We are looking primarily for set-up guys in the bullpen, but we are open to anything. We are also looking for a left-handed platoon outfielder. Specifically, we are looking for an upgrade on Seth Brown who we could part with in return. If you have any ideas let me know.
On the cut bubble so available relatively cheap are two 37 year olds who played a key role for the '24 NBC Twins, but in trying to get younger could be yours:
C Reese McGuire and his 158 (only) mostly RH PA's
The roster is mostly complete at this point, a few moves could still be made.

Could move down from pick 39 for some later picks, later 2nd and 3rd somewhere, for those teams with tons of picks.

Could move Branden Rodgers (who is FT) for a 2nd baseman who is AV range or better at 2b, can start vs RHP and is better then Rodgers with the bat (is not that hard!)

Can also work a deal for Solid relief pitcher or swing starter with relief rating (only need 3 starts total but more is good)

Can discuss other ideas as well, have some prospect type guys on the roster.
There remain a number of usable pieces that the Cubs would like to move for picks or upgrades tied to a bulk deal. Please look at the earlier rumor mill for more detail but in summary:
Patrick Wisdom is on his way to the land of Squid Game and military coups, but you can have his mighty bat and decent glove for a cheap rental. Half a player at DH for a team that maybe has a lot of spots to fill can be had for a 2025 pick swap or a late 2026 pick.
The two thumper young OFers (Canzone and Bouchard) are still available. My pitch for them was summarized in the last rumor mill. Both look to be MLB players in 2025 with Canzone the long side and Bouchard the short side of platoons on their respective teams.
We also now find ourselves with three pitchers that are decent 4th starter material. Javier Assad (FT); Chris Paddack (26 NBC starts); and Jesus Luzardo (18 NBC starts - and a surprisingly good reverse lefty card). Again, one or two of these guys could move in the right deal.
The Dodgers are done trading unless someone wants an injury limited pitching prospect: Chase Siseth, Gregory Santos, or Ben Joyce are all potentially available.
On the cut bubble so available on the cheap are:
SS Nick Allen VG/4 Def at SS though105 PAs means he is a project or backup, can backup 3B after 7th inning.
Available - and staying otherwise - if you need them to fill a need:
27 yr old Trevor Rogers FT LHSP, a placeholder full time starter trying to get his stuff back.
